Our  facility has over 7 different training stations for you to workout on, and a work out program you can follow.



Join the Y-Workout as a Non-member of the YWCA of Oak Ridge or receive a discount offer as YWCA Member.

Strength training is essential for improving your tone, shape and health:

YOU... burn more calories when muscle replaces fat and metabolic rate increases.

YOU... improve the strength of connective tissues increasing joint stability.

Without strength training, you loose 5-7 lbs of muscle every decade after 30, decreasing your range of motion and activity level.


Our 30 minute workout gives you strength training you need along with a cardio workout:
